room service is awesome. i would like to give special mention and big shout out to Bhavani who cleaned my room so well. she was soft spoken, well trained, well mannered. her cleaning deserves 10 out of 10 rating but room size is so small and even they didn’t provide cupboard so in this price i don’t expect such a tiny room. but i would like to give full points to cleanliness of the hotel and cleaning staff is so good

Anay Kumar Singh has been very proficient. Always prompt in Shari the billing updates upon request. Ensured a comfortable stay with all the services and Amenities available. Appreciate his Customer Service.. Really satisfied 😊

It’s really heartwarming to see Holiday Inn acknowledging and hiring people like Prasath. It’s so overwhelming to see his hospitality. Not to forget the other staff, especially reception, inclusive of kitchen staff, who have been extremely cordial during my stay. I strongly recommend this property if you’re planning to travel to Chennai.

Had an exceptional stay at Holiday Inn, from the well cleaned and luxurious rooms, courteous staff , excellent amenities, complimentary breakfast and the service. The hotel is also located at a very convenient location, near to the main road. One of the best budget hotels I have stayed of late.

While overall experience was ok on staff front desk, we were nicely greeted by Mr Naman who took and ensured all the guests are served what they need. Special thanks to him for making the dinner just the way we needed.

Its a nice hotel for a one night stay where your whole purpose is business travel, so all basic needs are taken care of but in a very minimal and cramped way. The rooms are albeit very small (i barely fit in the bathroom). But it works for a weary traveller who just wants to lay down for the night and start again the next day.

Room was compact, comfortable for one person. And the room was clean, on daily basis they will clean the room, laundry service was good, tasty food, thanks to all staffs. And My special thanks to kitchen staff (Anjana and Monisha), for a great service with politeness. Over all good stay ☺

The room was neat and good.We got stuck in the traffic before reaching. They made us wait for so long time in the lobby for keys. Rate worth it. We got day use room for 6 hours worth ₹3000/-.Overall the service was good. Room was compact and luxurious with standard size bed . Couple friendly!! No complementary breakfast will be provided for day use.

We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. The breakfast and service was nice and fast. Dining staffs are very friendly we feel us like they are our family members. I would highly recommend this hotel good location easy access into city.

I would like to thank all the lovely staff of the hotel especially Mr. Sachin who was really very helpful and kind to me and my colleague. He did not only help with the food but also with the keys and made sure we are comfortable.THANK YOU for your hard work.

Rooms are like okay for a person. The toilets are like cubicles and aren't fully closed offering odorous discomfort to the co inhabitants 🥴..

Also the rooms use partitions and not sound proof and one gets disturbed in the night because the person in the adjacent room like to keep his TV on till he feels sleepy.

Rooms are small but good value for money. All necessary facilities available in room.
Breakfast spread could have been better.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I had the pleasure of enjoying their delicious breakfast every morning. From the moment I walked into the breakfast area, I was greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance and the mouth-watering aromas of freshly brewed coffee and baked goods.

The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a range of hot and cold items, including eggs, bacon, sausages, fresh fruits, pastries, and more. I particularly enjoyed the made-to-order waffles with a variety of toppings, which were an absolute treat.

The staff at the breakfast area were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. They made sure that everything was clean, well-stocked, and that guests had everything they needed to start their day off right.

I was a guest from Singapore and staying in room 319 with my husband.
We stayed from 28th Aug to 2nd Sep 2023.
It's a small traveller's hotel, but very impressive.
Rooms were clean.
All Staff were polite and efficient and diligent to serve. No bad staff experience at all, right down to security.
Staff worthy of mention:
Kamal (Front desk) - He truly looks after the welfare of the guests.
Gayathri (Front desk) - Went above and beyond her duties to help us with transport arrangements
Nagarajan (Front desk)- Helped us even though he was off duty.
Krishna (Housekeeping) - A very cheerful, diligent and helpful person. Always greets us with a smile. He is always willing to help. Staff like him are a great asset to the hotel and should be rewarded accordingly.

We definitely recommend this hotel.
