I’ve been coming here quite a few times, there’s been so much improvement and I’ve been feeling so much more confident in my stability and strength. My grandmother has also been coming here for almost a year, and it’s always such a warm space. The staff are lovely and always feels like family.

I consulted Dr. Yasitha for my husband’s sciatica pain, and although we were unable to complete the full treatment, the 8 days of physiotherapy provided by them greatly alleviated his symptoms and provided him with significant relief. Additionally, I personally underwent two physiotherapy sessions for my hand pain, and I experienced a remarkable improvement after just two days of treatment. I highly recommend this place.

I have tried many physiotherapy center before and have got no result but after I visited here the got me back to good health. They know about physiotherapy very well and the staff are amazing as well.

I travelled all the way from Dubai after someone recommended Dr.Sonu for my chronic shoulder spasm and back pain .

The clinic was well staffed . Very professionally managed . They managed to make me feel very comfortable .

In just multiple sessions she was able to bring a huge improvement to my condition and looking forward to visiting them at the next opportunity .

I have been undergoing physiotherapy at GUD Health Physiocare to treat my knee joint pain caused by osteoarthritis over the last four days. It is too early to get the result, but the pain relief I have now is quite encouraging.

The Chief Therapist and owner of the Centre herself made the diagnosis. And the therapy is being done by a therapist who holds a post-graduate degree in physiotherapy.

I have been to a couple of other physiotherapy centres for the same complaint, and, therefore, I think I'm qualified to write a review.

For diagnosis and treatment, I would give them a rating of 9 out of 10.

For the ambience, my rating is 8.5. The place is clean, quiet and well maintained.

For their courteousness, I would give them 10 out of 10. They are so caring and attentive. Hence the full marks.

I am glad I chose them.

I was struggling with two things.
1) Knee injury. I was not able to walk and climb the stairs properly.
2) Neck pain: Lazy in following the ergonomics while using the computer for years, pain started to develop over the neck area. My day started with neck pain. After a few hours of work on the computer, I had severe neck pain. Due to pain I was not able to concentrate on my work and not able to do anything properly.
My mother recommended this physiotherapy centre.

They had two challenges lying ahead. Reduce the neck pain. Strengthen my knee muscles.

After the consultation from Physiotherapist Yasitha & Ramseena,I got the confidence and courage to face this issue and work systematically to overcome this.

Treatment were highly planned and systematic.
The team evaluated the progress continously.Modifications were made according to the response and progress.

They increased the intensity of the exercises slowly.After one month of continuous treatment, I started to feel the difference. Neck pain got reduced.
I was able to increase the duration of my daily walk.

I had torn my rotator cuff 4 months ago while lifting weights. I was not able to bring up my right arm pass my waistline, without experiencing acute pain in my shoulder passing all the way through my bicep. While I was in Calicut visiting my folks I decided to look for a PT to help me ease the pain and get my mobility back. My sis in law recommended Dr.Yasitha Sonu and her team. After an MRI and consultation with Dr Sonu, we began with exercises, hot moist packs and sonography. All of which really improved with my mobility and pain. Dr Sonu and Ramsheena were excellent in correcting my posture and form and extremely gentle and patient. In 2 weeks the pain in my arm lessened significantly, I was able to improve the mobility in my arm from my waistline and in 2 weeks could lift my arm way pass my shoulder line. I still have to gain more mobility and hopefully will be able to get it parallel to my head, I only wish I could stay longer in Calicut to get that done. However, her team has helped me record the exercises so that I can continue doing the exercises and extend my mobility while I am away from Calicut. I am sure with a little effort and consistency I will be able to fully extend my arm up to my head without any pain and be completely mobile again.
A big thanks to Dr Sonu, Ramsheena, Sajna and Shanaparvi, as a team to make it happen with ease. I would highly recommend this place for all your pain management and mobility needs. Very hard working and dedicated team who takes their job seriously. Highly recommended !

Consulting Dr . Yasitha sonu was one of the best thing that happened in my life.I had severe disc issue in l5, l4 and l1and I was in constant pain for around 2 years ,met almost every doctor and got many treatments and last suggestion was for a surgery .Due to constant pain ,I was getting restricted even with my daily life routines .
What happened after consulting Dr.yasitha sonu was literally magical.I went to see Doctor as my last hope ,if I haven't met this doc ,I would have gone for surgery. After few sessions ,I found the magic of doctor's knowledge has started working and I have recovered now.
