Purchased freestyle in april 2019.very good customer service right from intial enquiry to 7th day followp. Very impressed handover ceremoney. 7 th day post purchase followp by technical team at home visit. Sales guy rohit is very coopreative and evry time egar to help. Good personal attention by staff during all 3 visits. Everytime visited they ask tea coffie and give specual attention. I hope moharir ford will continue same zeal of customer service in future services of my freestyle car.

Ford service center at dhule is absolutely not good. But nashik it's very much good. Mr Jadhav gave good service.

Very very Bad experience,We bought new ecosport car Tuesday on 21 July after that 26 july in car service engine soon symbol to be there and from Monday car to be in service centre till that we are not getting car .I am not feeling happy for these reason
