Delivery Courier, Sora complex, was a quite good place for courier service, but they are not doing their work in a proper way, sometimes they are returning the packages without any information to the customers..

My packages were returned twice without their office executing the mandatory wait-period.
The more annoying part is that they always give, 'customer refused delivery' as a universal excuse.
A couple more times, I have prevailed upon the delivery boys to actually DELIVER to the addresses with additional prodding.
These are the three main reasons why I have desisted from giving three more stars.
Now, I prefer the other slower carriers; for, at least they are more honest about their shortcomings and don't return items to sender, but give customers or addressees a chance to claim their packages.

One star just for the sake of writing a review!! Nobody contacted from the “delhivery” even though I was notified that my products are out for delivery!!! Without any of my concern I was notified that I myself rejected or refused the product from being delivered. I tried again & again but still my products are not delivered to my destination!! It has been more than 3 days that my products are stucked in their courier service!!

Very unprofessional courier service. Delivery boy forgets to bring package after confirming to deliver..and upon that without my consent they returned my package to the seller back when I was ready to receive the item.
