I am happy to share here my personal experience from car outlet BIMAL-Calicut where I got thorough performance and self-satisfaction of my requirements. To be honest, I had already visited many car showrooms in last couple of months and finally I came to Bimal showroom in Calicut, the team there is very professional and totally committed to customer service.

As a customer looking to buy a new car, I entered the BIMIL showroom with a lot of skepticism and curiosity as I had already visited many other showrooms where I could not find the satisfaction of being a new car finder. I actually came to Bimal on the recommendation of one of my friends and the way I was treated at the front office till booked the suitable car for me was really amazing and their hospitality was remarkable.
It is not appropriate to go without mentioning the names of BIMAL's team who did everything very efficiently for a customer like me, one of their executives Mr. Amir was with me throughout the entire process cycle, cool, friendly and professional on customer demand.

I have been here multiple times, the customer service and hospitality here is outstanding. The showroom staff are professional, polite, very knowledgable and well trained especially Mr. Prem. The showroom is very well equipped with a cafe there are quite a few number of cars always on display and for test drives. Overall one of the best Maruti dealerships I have visited, will definitely visit again.
