After making the decision to purchase an EV, on detailed analysis Nexon EV 2023 founds to be the most cost-effective EV with the latest features, comfort, and high safety track record. I have contacted Rotana TATA team along with other dealers with intention to getting a quick delivery before returning abroad after vacation.
The response from TL Mr. Danish and Customer adviser Mrs. Ramya was overwhelming. Though, being from Perumbavoor I have decided to accept the offer from the Rotana team because of timely delivery assurance and competitive pricing. The team continuously updated to every detail from making the payment on Friday evening till the delivery on Monday evening (including Sunday). Even Rotana MD Mr. Ajishad himself joined the delivery demonstration till 8 pm to ensure satisfaction to me & my family travelled all the way from Perumbavoor to Kozhikode for the car delivery.
In summary, the Rotana team amazed me with their professionalism and customer care while demonstrating their delivery commitment.

I just bought a new TATA Nexon XZ+ O Diesel Dark( KL 33 P 0268) from Rotana motor Calicut recently and it was just an awesome experience. I was searching for a dark edition variant of Nexon all over kerala & then my friend vaishnav referred me Rotana Motors & they were immediately able to arrange a vehicle within a weeks time. From tata motors Kannur I had some bad experiences, so I cancelled my Nexon EV booking from Kannur and went to Rotana Motor Calicut for a new Nexon EV 3 booking., within 10 days they delivered my vehicle. The sales executive Shri Amaljith was a very nice guy to deal with, he did everything perfectly. I am very happy to share this review.

Unbelievable Car..!! It gives you a feel of riding a premium car. No other car can beat this in the Mini SUV segment. Ground Clearance, Space, Suspension, Turbo Charge Refined Engine, Harman Music System, Driving Modes.. Bang on for the build quality..!! I would surely recommend this Indian made Bull..!!
This us a pure Indian motor and i know the commitment if Tata automobile s to our Indian society. When compared with previous models Nexon is well improved and keeping better standard. The A/C ventilation is very delicate and easily perishable. Fuel efficiency us very poor for automatic transmission models. A major issue is the rear A/C.. Actually, it's only a fan, please improve it by connecting cool air to reach back seat travellers. Wiper blades are not up to the quality, especially in heavy rain time. These are my suggestions.
Nice milage good performance and best quality very good safety easy drive and so looking spoty car good ground clearance missing driver arm rest and rear AC in XM diesel but good car
