As a Radisson Premium Member, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel Zirakpur, and I am delighted to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff ensured that I was taken care of very well, reflecting the high standards of hospitality that Radisson is known for.

One of the highlights of my stay was receiving a room upgrade, which significantly enhanced my comfort and overall experience. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities that one could ask for, providing a perfect blend of luxury and convenience.

The buffet breakfast at the hotel was another standout feature. Not only was there an extensive selection of delicious and well-prepared dishes to choose from, but the service was also impeccable. I would like to extend my special thanks to a team member, Rohit Thakur, who served exceptionally well. His attention to detail, courteousness, and professionalism made my dining experience truly memorable.

I absolutely loved the ambiance of the hotel. Other than a great aura, another notable thing was the staff. Especially, Ankit and Jashral (the staff) they constantly kept checking with us to make sure everything was alright.

I had a great stay at the hotel. Rooms are clean and very comfortable, giving a nice cozy vibe. Staff is friendly and helpful. During morning breakfast, Jasraj took care of our table and was very courteous, soft spoken and polite. He was checking in from time to time. I will recommend this hotel.

Ankit member of the staff is extremely well and professional. Served very well with the food and offering. I was late for breakfast but still they provided fresh breakfast to me. Also the food was very tasty and fresh. The manager here is also very humble and professional. Must visit and try the food.

The hospitality is amazing. We had a great time with the service in the room and at the breakfast. Rohit was an amazing host at the breakfast. He took care very well and was very knowledgeable to act on what we needed before even we had to tell them.

We have booked this property for two days with breakfast. We had an amazing experience here. Also, the breakfast is supper delicious, staff was so cooperative. I would like to give special mention for Jasraj, he has made us try the delicacies served. He was polite and professional. Thank you for the service.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous Especially Mr. Rohit. Room was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Jaspreet kaur was in the cafe area, she attended us very well while we were waiting for someone.

The room that we booked was a business class room and was clean. Services were reasonably good. Breakfast spread was average but Ankit at the table was a helpful member who assisted us with the breakfast.

Good hotel is Radisson in Chandigarh. Very well located on the highway with good Banquet Halls and other Food & Beverage service outlets . Good well mannered and well dressed staff . The hotel is very well kept and well maintained . The hotel security staff too is efficient and friendly . Good for a stay or a visit with family , friends or office colleagues.

I found this location to be very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any issue that arose with my stay. My inabilty to speak anything but english was never an issue, everyone was able to assist me regardless. Their breakfast was a very welcome surprise! Everything was delicious and again the staff were excellent and always available.

Overall stay was nice, it was only a day but was able to explore some insights of the hotel and surrounding areas. Room was spacious and food quality was good. The variety in the breakfast was nice, I really enjoyed nice baked parantha. Mr. Jasraj helped with our choice of food and service.
