As this is Pension Processing Cell, only pensioners are dealt with. Everyone was very helpful and replied our queries nicely. I accompanied someone with family pension case. I was quite impressed with the services of dealing staff Ms Ankush. She has full knowledge of her work.

Good staff although issue was not resolved but guided on how to do it quickly.

Work is very slow Three moths ago I submitted all documents but till now my LTC is not deposited which was due in July

Not a good experience. Ended up visiting them for the same issue multiple times. Things were quite mismanaged and the contact numbers also don't work at all. So it is just frustrating to not see your issue solved even after multiple visits and there is no way to reach them on call also, so there is no way to know the status of your issue also other than just visiting them personally that too multiple times for the same issue!!

काम करने की स्पीड बहुत ही धीमी है।हम मानते हैं कि कोविड19 की बजह से र्काय धीमा है । पर बैंक के काम तो दिन प्रतिदिन अपडेट होते हैं। यदि नहीं हुआ तो आपकी हमारी केसे मेच होती है। इसलिए कोविड19 के समय ये कम से कम एक सप्ताह मे तो र्काय अपडेट करें

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by SBI. It took an inexplicable four months to process my loan application, causing undue stress and financial strain. This delay is unacceptable and has negatively impacted my plans. Such inefficiency reflects poorly on the bank's professionalism and customer commitment. I urge SBI to improve their processes and prioritize customer service to avoid similar incidents in the future.
