Bharat Co-Op bank's customer experience always amazes me be it Mumbai, Manglore or my today's experience at banglore Indiranagar branch. The staff is extremely cordial, warm and makes you feel wanted right from the time to step into to the bank. Mrs. Shobha was extremely curteous and warm to get assistance from today, she went above and beyond to answer all my questions. No wonder my parents have been a big fan of Bharat Bank through all these years!

One of the worst service by the bank people there don't know how to speak with the customer I just came to collect ATM card they told to wait. I have waited for 3 hours but not even single person is responded.they not give respect to customer.pls don't trust this Bank.
