I had a very fine experience with the branch recently. Great customer care. The team here was very helpful guiding me through the step by step process for my NRI transactions.
Special thanks to Aneesh sir and Dhanashree Mam. Dhanashree Mam has a customer friendly ever-smiling attitude and she helps resolve any queries or concerns we have effectively.

Good Bank. Customers handled very well. Cash counters and tellers are very fast, guided to use Imobile app for faster deposit. And deposited cash in less than 1 minute. Parking could be a problem as it is in main road and has odd and even date rules. Overall experience is very good.

When I visited ICICI Bank for the first time because of my salary account problem, the bank manager there did not respond properly, Why did our company choose this bank for salary account? I was so angry that there is no other bank, but finlay I was helped by Madam Dhanushree, her response, patience and customer care and handling was very appreciated, Every bank should have such staff, then banks will get good appreciation from customers. It doesn't matter if the problem has not been solved currently, it is enough if the bank responds to our expectation.
