IDFC FIRST Bank

I wanted to close my dormant bank account from a considerably long time. Staff were helpful and guided me in detail to close it successfully. Though it's account closure, it was a good user experience overall.

I had a very pleasant experience with IDFC Bank , Bangalore. The Bank staff home-delivered to Rs.24000 to me without any hassle. They called up a few minutes before arrival and handed Rs.24K in Rs.100 notes.

IDFC Bank is truly innovative and the staff that turned up at home were very courteous. May their tribes increase ! Perhaps this is is a novel way of assisting senior citizens at a time when it's very difficult to enter any to put through any transaction. Also , this facility is unique in the present circumstances.

I hope IDFC Bank will grow from strength to strength and make a mark in the Indian banking scene. My very best wishes to the Babk and its dedicated staff.
