Branch is small as the customers are expecting quick services in private banks. I have visited on Saturday and still have to wait still a que to get done my deposit.

All over services are good with the nice staff but customers doesn't wish to wrap their bank stuff late especially in private banks like ICICI.

Hi today i have applied for re issue of my debit card so you guys applied for expression debit card so i want to know that i can choose design from my side please let me know if it is possible and i i also tried call but the number is switched off

Very bad service provided by the branch employee. I visited a branch for an Account Opening employee denied to open the account and waste my time. This is a private bank but acts as a SBI/Public Sector Banks.

They told me to open a current account or savings account which has a requirement Maintain Account Balance 25,000/- also need to do initial funding of Rs. 50,000/-. I will open this account if they give me better service but they don't know how to deal with the customers. I visited their branch because they didn't open a salary account/savings account online. But they show as they are superior then the customers. Kindly improve your service.

Saaransh is the most unprofessional person i’ve come across in banking sector. It has been over 3 months since I first contacted them for a pre-approved home loan. After providing every single document 3 months ago, my loan remains pending to this day.

An Inefficient executive and a liar by any banking means. Does not pick up or answer calls on time, gives unnecessary run around. Overall an incompetent person to deal with. Hats off to your laid back and super lazy working style and a non respectable professional ethic.

Worst experience with this ICICI brank. They provided Mobile number over Google, but its switched off from many days I'm trying from last few days.

If you are not able to provide good services please close your branch and stop paying for these employees who cannot manage their branch and online services.

I tried calling the customer support also but you need to have balance in your phone before calling them. One is the government of India who is asking to call without balance and one is ICICI bank who is not connected with DIGITAL WORLD.

I also added balance for calling, But there are charges for listening their automatic boat system, I lost my all balance only for listening to that boat and pressing one, two, one ETC.

I lost account balance before even talking to customer support person.

Please provide and Free phone number which is available when you are in office.

All your Google reviews are so bad but no one is ashamed of this.

Never seen bank manager in bank ,he/she always not available
And all staff dont noe how to behave wid customers specailly deputy senior managaer full of idiots under 1 roof ,uneducated staff plzzz chang dis staff immedately and also arrange beahviour classes for ur stafff.......worst banking stafff ever seen in my banking life
