Very poor service. I visited branch more than 10 times to submit death claim settlement as a nominee. I have submitted original death certificate & original kyc documents.but just they are postponing settlement by asking documents which is not as per RBI norms.
Irresponsible answer from Branch manager and staff. I am waiting from last 6 months. Think about getting resolutions /service to common people. Will approach RBI and ombudsman.
