Clean , nicely kept , trained staff and yes comes with clean steam rooms.

Highly recommend this place. We haven't been to many massage places in India as we are always wary of masseuse quality, hygiene, overall experience etc but can't say enough good things about Sawasdee! The masseuses are highly trained and professional, the place is new and quite good on the hygiene front and they are relatively well priced compared to other high-end shops. We got ourselves a membership which got us better rates and have been consistently visiting for the last 6 months. Love the Thai massages. If you are in the market for a reasonably priced and good massage place, do give this a try!

It's clean, hygiene, professional therapist. It's the best spa in Gurgaon, I would recommend this if you want to go with your friends or family.

Aphy the masseuse here is amazing. Tried deep tissue massage and it was delivered so professionally and with accuracy.
The parts i mentioned paining were relieved in this 60 min massage. Keep up the good work.
