1st. security deposit refund taking much time, almost 1 week, usually it should be within 24 hours,
2nd. need to improve booking site, i paid and server down message came and money deducted,but after some time they call and booked the car,got tension mean time

We had booked a Datsun Go but were informed that the car wasn't available and thus ending up getting a replacement car Honda Brio for 1 day. Car even though it was 6-7 years old was in good working condition, clean and communication all along by Just Drive team from delivery of the car to return was excellent. Only one minor glitch I would say is that deposit refund was to happen in 1 week but I had to follow up with them for the same and they were prompt to issue the refund when contacted. Would definitely recommend booking via them. Thorough professionals.

I have booked a WagonR for self drive. It's new car with good condition and guy from just drive was good. I'm new in Vadodara but he gave me proper guidance and have good communication with him.
Only one thing is that deposit amount taking almost 7-10 days. Please work on that if no damage and car returned in proper condition then send deposit in 2-5 days.

Excellent hassle free service. Good option for self drive car. Only one thing they need to improve is security refund process. You have to call customer care to get your refund.

This was my second car from Just drive. It was very neat and clean along with best driving experience. Also Wilfred is positive towards the customer. I recommend this app for any outstation travelling. Lots of love guys and keep it up.

Car :- i must say car condition was awesome. I am luck to have new car which is 6 month old but there car conditions and engine is fine you will never face engine backdown during your trip.

Call center support :- call got connected in 1st time and they have resolved my all the doubts.

App :- app in not there in IOS but we can managed to get this over website and it is very user friendly.

Payment: - Payment term is very good and deposit get refunded within 24h after you return the car

Service:- drop and pick is subject to availability in my case there were no available and i have to go to pickup my vehicle. Process is very simple and fast it will not take your much time.

I am recommending just drive.i will always use just drive for sure.

Good experience, process was smooth and quick for taking and handing over car, home delivery and pick up available by paying extra amount to delivery executive. Car condition was good and clean. One needs to take extra care choosing car while booking as there is no further information (kms driven, condition, year of car model etc.) available on website/app.

Very nice hassle free experience. I rented the car for a month and I am very satisfied with the service and handover procedure. Car was well maintained and did not trouble throughout the month.

Car was perfect and my RM who was allocated to me Mr. Gafurbhai helped me through out the journey. All together a satisfactory experience.
But I do suggest for the company should introduce customers loyalty discounts or complementary upgrades of vehicles.

When I received the Car was in good condition and during the lease period once I needed some support with small technical issue in car, JustDrive person from Baroda was very supportive & prompt in arranging assistance.
