Worst showroom in chittor, please do not buy any products from here, I purchased a fridge from this well-known shop, and after just a few months, it stopped cooling. Despite reaching out for service, it's been two days with no response. The person I spoke to was incredibly rude, only asking for my address but providing no assistance. Disappointed with the lack of service and unprofessionalism.

I bought Washing Machine and during that time sales guy said they can offer one gift with Washing Machine but they did not give/deliver and again I bought Godrej Cooler and one part got damaged, even after complaining 3 times, this Vimsons employees did not take any action. Really worst service they offers to customer. Never purchase any product from Vimsons.

I have purchased washing machine. Product is good but their service is too worst. Delivery is late, Fitting is also delayed upto 3days. Too worst not giving proper response.

I purchased whirlpool refregirator from them and after it was delivered I noticed there was a small dent. When enquired with them, they just told it's not their fault. Be careful while purchasing

Cheated, in amazon vguard 15lot geyser showing 8205/- butter charged 9000 for same product, and they hurried us to make payment and after 10 minutes they bring the product from godaun, they didnoy offered evening a chair to my mother senior citizen, even after making payment, they did not bring the product near auto, my mother carried herself to auto approximately 8 kgs, very worst experience, I have proof, I will share the bill and amazon screen shot please see
