ITC Narmada, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Ahmedabad

My visit to ITC Narmada was absolutely incredible! I had the opportunity to go there shortly after its grand opening, and the experience was nothing short of luxurious. The hotel's ambiance is strikingly fancy and fresh, capturing the essence of modern elegance with every corner I explored.

The highlight of my visit was the lunch. It was not just a meal; it was a culinary adventure. Every dish served was a delight to the senses, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavors that left me longing for more. The chefs at ITC Narmada truly know how to turn food into art.

Moreover, the attention to detail in the design and décor of the hotel added to the overall splendid experience. Everything from the lobby to the dining area was adorned with beautiful elements, making every space look picture-perfect.

As we had a birthday, they decorated the room with ballons and also provided cake.. Cake was very tasty. Service is incredible. Staff is polite. As we had a 1 yr baby with us. They also provided us with milk and juice according to our needs..
Rooms were very clean and hygienic..

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. The decor, the service and then rooms were impeccable. I had a massage which was other-worldly. The restaurants in the hotel were stunning! The room service. The chocolate. I could not fault a single thing. I look forward to coming back next time

The staff was courteous and friendly, and greeted us with smiles and warmth.
The hotel had a soothing and inviting aroma.
Out of several restaurants we chose the buffet dinner at Adalaj Pavilion, which was a feast for the senses.
We savored the variety of cuisines like Indian, Asian, French, continental, and Gujarati, and appreciated the quality and freshness of the food.
The service was impeccable and responsive, and we were touched by the lovely cake for our anniversary and the cute pink raspberry mini cake for our daughter.
They really made us feel special and pampered. We thank ITC Narmada for making our anniversary a memorable one and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a splendid and luxurious experience.

ITC rarely fails to impress in terms of its quality of rooms, the choice of location, overall decor and architecture and oh so yummilicious food. It was a great experience to stay at ITC Narmada and enjoy the hospitality, the luxury and the food. No specific improvement feedback - everything was just perfect. Loved the ambience and decor and multitude of paintings all over the property.

One of the luxurious hotels in Ahmedabad city. The architectural design and interior decor are impressive. I had a very pleasant stay for three nights. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with state-of-the-art amenities. The food is delectable, and the buffet offers a diverse range of options. The service is exceptional, with courteous and attentive staff.

I am pleasantly surprised to find such an awesome place to host our USA delegates ...Right from stay , to conference hall ambience, food , hospitality was absolutely bang on. With 70+ guests hosted by Us who are the topnotch Doctors in Ahmedabad, it wouldn't have been a better place than ITC Narmada. Thankyou to Ankur , Rahul and Shiv to make sure everything went flawless. Thanks to our HR Manager and Her Team to execute the entire function flawlessly.

Absolutely incredible! I had an opportunity to visit ITC Narmada for an IPL match meet up, and the experience was luxurious. The moment you step foot in the lobby adorned with intricate artwork, you’ll be immersed in a world of opulence. The service here is impeccable, from the doorman dressed in flamboyant clothing, to the check-in process, everything is flawless. And every corner is picture perfect!

We visited for Dinner only. So I can't give opinion about Room. Food Quality was superb. Variety of foods with ultimate taste were available. Nit only traditional but Chinese, Mexican and Punjabi with Afghani Middle East Taste.

We actually visited the Peshawri restaurant at ITC Narmada with our delegates from Norway, who visited India for work. We had a wonderful experience with courteous staff, and they modulated the food preparation in accordance with our requirements of low/baby spicy level. Our guests loved and enjoyed the food a lot.

Very beautiful location and interiors of Hotel. Located at heart of Ahmedabad city. Services is very good. Food is delicious and fresh. Free Parking available. Wheel chair accessible at parking and entrance.

We had a wonderful stay here at ITC, Narmada.

While I wouldn't really want to comment about the food and the service from the start to the end which were really good in itself, I'd really want to take time to comment on them rooms.

The lobby isn't expansive but it is vertically exceptional. You'd actually find the relationship of the architecture with Adalaj Stepwell throughout That is quite prominent. A beautiful touch indeed.

Now, the room!!!
The walkway to the rooms are decent. As expected in any 5 star/ITC property. However, the paintings on them walls are beautifully done and it's paired well with the colors of the Hotel.

The rooms are spectacular and really neat. I didn't find a single spot of dust within the room nor the washroom. The bedding was absolutely brilliant. The room were very well spaced out. The windows are large enough. You wouldn't mind about the view outside as the rooms would suffice everything. The tech used for connecting our phone to the TV/ipad is seamless if the instructions are followed properly.
All in all one of the best rooms I've stayed in.

The swimming pool was decently sized. Not a size you'd expect for a size as large as this hotel. It was small comparatively.

The buffet spread was decent. The taste was good too. The room service was also on point. Neat. Clean. Hygienic.

They also house a vegetable restaurant and a Chinese restaurant within. Beautiful ambience even there.

I'd definitely recommend and I wish you guys the very best. Cheers.

Located right in the middle of Ahmedabad, the ITC hotel distinguished itself from the surrounding buildings. The beige edifice stood tall and pristine, effusing a lavish countenance.

At the hotel entrance, the doorman is dressed up in a flamboyant costume, without having to gesticulate, the luggage is removed from the vehicle by the porter and the check-in process is flawless. The service is impeccable.

The vestibule flouts a majestic slate of marbles that raises vertically from the end of an oblong pool, the laminated water that sheens over the dark surface of the pool echoes the seductive reflection of the captivating fire that licks in the hearth located below the marble slate.

The mural along the corridor that leads to the rooms is filled with pictures of artisans who used to paddle in these antiquated streets.

Well appointed rooms., Not spacious though. Very centrally placed hotel. The number of hosts and hostesses hovering around the reception and waiting feel intrusive. It becomes too much with someone watching you and coming to greet you at every step.

They have some wires around lobby and one has to be very careful for the bump around it

The hospitality could have been better as the meeting went on for hours no one came to serve water . The water was available at the counters I expected better service
