I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly exceptional. The accommodations were spacious, meticulously maintained, and offered a stunning view of the surrounding area. The hotel's location was ideal, providing easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options.

The level of service exceeded my expectations, with courteous and attentive staff who went the extra mile to ensure a delightful stay. From check-in to check-out, every aspect of my experience was handled with professionalism and care.

In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its outstanding rooms, convenient location, and superb services. It truly deserves a five-star rating across the board!

The hotel has modern infrastructure, spacious room and it provides all basic amenities and very near to Palladium Mall.

The staff whether at reception or cafeteria or even housekeeping were very prompt and we indeed appreciate their hospitality and personal touch. We are please to acknowledge the services from Whole Front office staff and F&B Staff as they are amazing and brilliant -Shiv, Sonali, Sonam, Laxmi, Reshmi, Sachin, I am forgetting name of paaji with great mustache to name few; Whole House keeping staff are also brilliant as they completed the services within time and as good as any top class hotel. . Special thanks to Chef Kamal Chef Gautam and Himanshu who were kind enough to cater to my special requirement while food preparation. Best wishes to all of them and keep up the good work. Special mention of Ms. Nirupama Devi (Duty Manager) who is top professional as she note down the feedback from previous visit and improved the services overall. She is a great asset to Crowne plaza..

I traveled to Ahmedabad to do wedding shopping All the staff have been amazing this past 2 weeks.
Ganesh who cleaned my room every day was so thoughtful looking into all my likes.
It’s lovely staying in a hotel knowing all your stuff is save and not being touched.
Food:absolutely the most delicious Gulab Jambu i have ever tasted!!
So much of different varieties which was mouthwatering leaving with difficulty of choosing what to eat.
By end of 2 weeks I had put on 4kg and that’s me using the gym facilities most days!
All the restaurant staff were wonderful too offering to pack my breakfast when I couldn’t eat in the morning.
I had witnessed staff lovely interacting with small kids.
Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff who couldn’t do enough for you.
Every evening Shishupal (photo attached serving drinks) made hot ginger and lemon water with especially for me!
There are 3 lovely ladies working in the restaurant who are always smiling and nothing was too much trouble for them. All the young boys were always at hand to make my stay comfortable and joyful.

Our stay and overall service was good. There was one person - Vijay(pool supervisor), he made sure that we had everything we need for Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Extremely polite and helpful. Great service. Happy customer!!

Staying at this hotel was an awesome experience . Pool supervisor Vijay was doing a good job, enjoyed the jacuzzi. Also enjoyed the service given by the Crowne Plaza hotel.

One of the Best Luxurious Stay at Ahmedabad. Rooms are Huge, this is a part of Intercontinental Group of Hotels. Breakfast spread is good and rooms are quite decent in size. Located at Prime location on SG Highway.
