Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad

Room are comfortable - breakfast buffet is very nice. But it’s really the staff that needs to be complimented here. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and ensure you have everything you need. Small meaningful gestures every step of the way. This will most certainly be my first option next time I travel to Ahmedabad.

It was a amazing experience staying at this wonderful hotel for 2 nights . I really liked the ambience and food. The staff were pleasant and hard working and I would like to thank some of the staff - Ms. Pooja , Ms. Aditi, Mr. Chaitanya & Mr. Hari , they were really doing great. Thank you so much. Would love to visit again.

We had an excellent 1 night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad, earning this hotel a well-deserved five-star rating. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was very tasty with many food choices, including a number of made to order stations.

The hotel's location is within walking distance to the Law Gardens and other local attractions, which is a bonus.

In conclusion, we had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad, and we felt the staff really looked after us. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ahmedabad.

Great staff, great hotel and very impressive facilities. The breakfast is in particular very impressive and incredibly tasty.

- Abishek Restaurant/Breakfast manager for his exceptional service and positivity each and every day and week. Truly made each morning a pleasure

- Atul, Payal and Tanveer at breakfast and restaurant waiters/waitresses for their attentive and excellent service especially during daily breakfast

- head chef and all chefs at restaurant for their delicious daily food

- Alok, Vinod, Pooja and Chetanya at front office for dealing with any issues or assistance required

- Nipurn Patel front office manager for his kindness and personal help on all matters as well as the kind departing gift

- security guards especially Brijesh for his humility and daily greetings

- all housekeeping staff incl Abhishek

- Aziz as assistant in lobby

Ms. Payal in the restaurant is so sweet and kind and it shows her extra effort in showing care towards each guest . She helped us with us fries as we just checked in and landed from a very hectic flight as there was still time for the buffet could start, even in the buffet she personally attend to us and seen that everything was well taken care of . It is the genuine care and hospitality of Ms. Payal that has made my stay very comfortable.

No words are enough to describe their hospitality!! It was out of the world!
I have stayed at higher end hotels and experienced the extreme of courteousness, and that was great too; but this was different. Aditi in reception, Aziz bhai, Chef Suneet, Tushar from house keeping, Jitendra, Ashit - all went far and beyond their official responsibility to make us comfortable and welcomed in every possible way. It was truly amazing... Apart from the great hospitality, the room was spacious clean and very well designed, with Adequate and appropriate lighting. The bathroom was fantastic as well with separate shower cabinet and dressing room.
Thank you! And if in Ahmedabad again I will stay here for sure!

I absolutely love this property of Marriot. Its location is very central and the service always meets above expectation.

Overall Excellent... I couldn't afford to wait for 15 mins for the taxi that i booked thru service providers. I requested the hotel Staff member if they can help me. Staff crew understood my urgency and had responded so quickly exhibiting excellent coordination. The person heading that department himself managed to drop me at the destined place as their driver couldn't turn up... If they hadn't reacted actively i would have missed my train. My heart felt thanks to the team... Mr. Nipuna patel, thank you so much for helping me at the need of an hour. Hats off to you. You should be rewarded...!

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to many attractions and shopping areas. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The restaurant also served tasty international cuisine for lunch and dinner. The fitness center was well-equipped and the garden was relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ahmedabad. It is a 5-star hotel with excellent service and amenities

I stayed with my family and the i was amazed with their service. The rooms were spacious, staff very courteous, neat and clean environment. Food was delicious. It is advisable that dinner or breakfast or both pre booked with room. (It would be cheaper). Location is also at the heart of the city and surprisingly no noisy despite that. However I feel they should be more generous with toiletries. Rest we had good relaxed time. I have already bookmarked it for my next visit.

Neat and clean floor, fresh washroom and latest new bathroom, fresh pillow and blanket, best cooling system, we can get each language tv channels. It's maintain by Marriott. It has huge reception area for waiting and passing time, we are getting best breakfast with south Indian as well as gujarati food with various types of sweet. Food quality good.
