In the heart of Mumbai Santacruz West, a few minutes walk from Milan Mall , the hotel is ideally located.

The hotel is overall very clean and rooms are self sufficient.

I was there for three days. The breakfast is ok but the service was slow.

I ordered for dinner one night and they served the dish that had too much salt. The salt and pepper droppers had rice grains in them rather than salt and pepper powder!!!!!!

The experience could have been better.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Good wifi connection even to stream movies. I had a connection problem and staff were very helpfull and fixed it. Bed was very comfortable. The only downside is it is a bit far from the tourist attractions in the south. I would recommend this .
This was my sixth visit at Hotel Milan International. The staff are very professional, friendly and go out of their way to help. The rooms are clean, food is great and hospitality exceptional.
I travel to Mumbai every year in December and it's no surprise I book my stay at this hotel. The airport pick up and drop service is really useful and takes the stress out of my holiday. For the price, location and service standards this hotel gets a thumbs up from me.
