Great welcome by sunaina madam the floor manager in suit section. I was surprised by the attention we were getting. Though there were hundred of buyers in store but I believe they have the system that everyone feels the different and special attention and importance they give. And above all Rishab Arora the owner of store he just handled the show that perfectly that we ended up buying dresses worth a lac though we went to buy one suit only.

Its wonderful experience visiting here. I did my wedding shopping from here now my cousin is here too for her wedding shopping. Avtar sir so calm and kind person. Pevan, and Manav at the ladies section delivered amazing customer service. They patiently provided us with everything we could ask for in those 10 hours while making sure we were comfortable with food and water, and laughter.

Masterji and Happy were equally excellent in providing us with what we required for the men’s section. This is our second time back, the first time Masterji and Happy helped us create a “beauty and the beast” PRINCE outfit and it was exactly what we imagined!

At the end at trial and fitting Bhavna and Shamma were helpful with our fitting.
Finally, their tailoring quality is ON POINT!!!

In the end Rishab topped it off with his customer service making sure we were happy until we were out the door!
