Place need to be clean and neatness.otherwise people are friendly

This is one of the most disorganized govt offices out there. Not one table will you find a name or label of what that individual does. Do not expect any help from the help desk, as there is absolutely no hope for people without money to bribe or some connections internally.

Digital India initiative is thrown out of the window as you will find piles and piles of papers lying around. The entire building is extremely shabby and poorly maintained.

Everyone works for themselves and squeezing money out of the common man is the mantra here. Hope someone takes notice of this and starts to make changes for the good of locals in Raichur.

Not even a star does this office deserves. No proper guidance from staff, irresponsible staff.. No value for people's time n patience. Officers should see to it that everything is organized and work goes on smoothly without making public to suffer.

The experience registration of documents in Raichur sub registrar office is like hell... Computer operators always come late by minimum 1 hour and every day there will be Server down and registration will be stopped for minimum 1 hour... There will be over crowded and they demand money or other will give money... Who will give... money there documents will be registered.... No orders.. No any system

All staff is irresponsible .

Some officials has to take action and make the office organised and disciplined
