Air India Office

This might sound weird to read something good about air india but let me express my honest experience.

Like most, I was stuck in India due to lock down and my ticket with etihad was postponed multiple times. Since I exhausted all my options, I decided to book a reparation flight with Air India. Honestly, I had this pre-conceived notion about Air India and it's staff that it's going to be horrible.

Surprisingly it went really well, first visit to Air India office Calicut, a lady explained everything in a very professional manner and gave me the nearest dates and price etc. Also she informed me about remaining seats so that I can take an informed decision.

I went back a week later once my decision was final and I was assigned to another lady agent. She was as helpful as before and informed me the details, options, cancellations, precautions, do and don'ts and even asked me pro actively about seats and preference (which you don't expect from Air India). Also they seemed really educated and well aware of the industry. I think they are retired air crews from Air India.

They had all Payment options and gave me confirmed tickets printed as well as an email copy. In nutshell they are good and very experienced. Talk to them nicely and they will reciprocate the same. All the best 👍

Those who did buy Air India or Air India express tickets online and need any date change or other modification can get it done from there with out any issue. I faced issues from their call center but all sorter visitimg this office. Good service..

I went dor rescheduling an air ticket and the approach of the staff mrs. Bindu was very heart warming and helpful. She also patiently heard everything and suggested the best methods. Thank you Air india!

Place located in calicut in the middle of the city near fathima hospital very good costumer service they are clearly hearing our problems and finding solutions for it very well place car parking available near it and is easy to spot

Had a query related to misplaced luggage but inadvertently called the booking office. Got very good support and guidance...beyond my expectations, honestly.

The lady at the counter was very gentle and polite, answered and convinced me about all my queries

Staff is so helpful. I am going to fly air India whenever possible.
