I purchased BSA Cybot cycle. Tyres are not good and cracked automatically at age of 7th month. My kid used only 3months only. There is 6month warrenty for tyres, mine warrenty completed just a month before. Owner will not available in that shop . visited multiple times. Shop is controlled by machanics. They are keep on changing their words and try to manipulate immediately their words. They are not responsive. Overall Service is not Good based on my interaction. Actually I planned to replace with my tyres in this shop only, they are collecting more charges For spare parts compare to other shops. Then decided to not to replace my tyres here.
BSA Cybot cycles are not good. Lot of repairs but they are not accepting the truth. You can review online for BSA Cybot cycles.

Big time looters.. just for 5 minutes job they have charged 250 rupees labour. Owner wouldn't be available at shop and it's run by the workers and they charge as per their will.
