Library timings for those who cannot read ಕನ್ನಡ

Timings 🕒: 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Holidays📅: Second Tuesday, Fourth Saturday, Public Holidays & All Mondays (Though the librarian mentioned that they plan to keep it open on Mondays)

I have been visiting this Library since the last few months due to the noise from the construction taking place outside my apartment.
It's a well maintained, mostly silent library with a lot of aspirants preparing for competitive exams.
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own books and can also bring your laptop/digital learning device although you won't be provided with a power slot to charge them.

The lifetime membership costs roughly 200₹ with 3 passport + stamp sized photographs and a copy of your Aadhar card.
You don't necessarily need a membership to visit the library and study although the membership would be of financial aid to maintain the facility and also let's you borrow 3 books at a time.

Areas that could be Improved:
1) Providing power slots for the members who use their laptop.
2) Access to Wifi with a nominal daily charge for those who access online learning platforms

Nonetheless, this place is a much better alternative than the noisy cafes and the environment will enable slackers (like me) to get some work done. See you there

Indiranagar library is spacious, neatly arranged newspapers, magazines and books. Nice location. No problem for parking. Well ventilated. Good staff. Only problem is stinking toilet. My god. Very bad. Otherwise good place.

Best and well maintained place for reading. Onething i observed they have different language newspapers probably more than 10 then they wide variety of montly magzines. There are good number seats to seated and also computer available 10rupee per hour usage which appreciable. Staff are well behaved and kind surronding is quiet. But more quality books would like to see here. Overall much more library like this should come across Bengaluru.

You can call this a proper library! Peaceful and you get similar kind of people who wants to read. You might have to be there early to get a good seat near windows with ventilation or else it will be a bit warm.
Parking will be an issue
Food is available nearby
Restrooms is bit okay, but rather i would go somewhere else.

Situated in a very quiet locality and the place's entrance is covered with plants which gives a even more calm feeling.

The library is also well maintained. The atmosphere is such that you'll feel very comfortable to read.

Library is really located at calm place . Except for public holidays and Monday it’s open on all the other days . People do come and study novels and other books but what I have seen is most of the youngsters bringing their own books and preparing for competitive exams , including myself . There is separate sections for boys and girls to sit and study and racks to keep your bags .
Restrooms and drinking water facility is available . Library is open till 8 PM .
Parking is generally not a problem , you can park your 2 wheelers in front of the library and even the 4 wheelers in the same lane as it’s not busy .
You can get food from home and have it , sitting outside . Food and Beverages are not allowed inside the library .
There is a bakery nearby , where you can have tea/coffee and snacks in the evening time .
I would strongly recommend this place for peaceful reading .

Best part of this Library is the long hours study time
they open the library at 8:30 a.m & close at 8:00 p.m for those who are preparing seriously for any competitive exams to face the cutthroat competition. I would really recommend this place.
and librarians are very polite and nice here.
