Ashok Sir who is the fitness manger of MG is one of the finest coaches I have met/come across in my fitness journey of 10 years.
Every rep done under his guidance hits differently.
His knowledge and training style is completely different from others. And his clients are visibly different from all the other members of the gym.

I have been a member of MGgym for over an year, they provide best quality equipments in Gurgaon for workout, the gyn is very spacious and have multiple machines, so there is plenty of room and time for workouts, the equipments are well maintained and clean. The crowd is quite amazing, fitness freaks are present in the gym all the time, gives a plenty of motivation.

One of the best gyms in Delhi-ncr, ambience-wise and machines are very advanced, no external efforts are required to maintain the form while performing an exercise.

so before i got here i didn’t actually understand the concept of a vibe while working out but when i actually joined the gym i haven’t only been consistent but also growing and that’s because the vibe of the gym helps you to do the same, the staff is also very warm and friendly…so it does push you a lot.
