My daughter who is an eight year old was identified with the condition called Lazy eye. Her vision on her right eye was very poor. We started classes with Mrs Meenakshi in December for a week.
We started seeing difference from day 3 during the first week course. Later on we enrolled for regular classes which were two days in a week for a month. Mrs Meenakshi helped us with more exercise which tremendously improved our daughter's eyesight. We are continuing the exercise with her support.
We live in New Zealand and Mrs Meenakshi was very flexible with the timing and always available. I would definitely recommend her.

I have taken up these online sessions for my kids for 5 days. Sessions were good. Meenakshi madam is so friendly, patient and professional. She also shared tips, diet and other things for us to improve the eye vision.
Wil definitely practice for few more days at home and hopefully give update with proper stats about how they have improved.

I was diagnosed with sub standard vision in both eyes and I was experiencing difficulty in reading and concentrating too. I was finding it difficult to read the last two lines of the Snellen Chart. I got the reference of Meenakshi Madam from Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Pondicherry. I took the online classes from her and found them very useful. I realised that my vision started improving and I could read all the lines of the chart with less strain on the eyes. I am now continuing with the exercises under her guidance and support. I found her very affectionate and caring also giving various advices for improvement of overall health and well being. I had a Cyst back side of my head because of infection and it was paining a lot.It was swelling day by day and I was spending sleepless nights due to pain, I had a checkup with multiple Doctors and they suggested for a Surgery to remove which was giving lot of fear.
I visited Maitri Foundation, she is so polite and she spoke very smooth and she understood my problem and she started giving me treatment.

I visited Maitri Foundation with a problem Frozen Shoulder pain. It was unbearable pain and was not able to Sit, Stand or Sleep. I went for the consultation with Meenakshi mam and explain about the problem. She immediately on action and provided me initial massage and find the pain points. Later she did Acupressure (applying magnet to release the pain points and muscle relax) and Acupuncture (Needling) to reduce the pain. In 3 days I was able to recover from the pain and I am feeling better now. Mostly importantly, I expressed about my smoking habit and showed eagerness to stop doing it. Both Meenakshi ji and Chidhanand ji helping me in overcoming from this addiction and I have reduced around 80% of daily count in 2 weeks.

Meenakshi requested to me do advance course...
I was delaying but finally I started doing advance course which include some easy kriyas of Ayurvedic Treatment by ourself at home and our own convenience...
My timings were not fixed but she was very flexible and adjusted with my routine do I could do it..
I was reading only first Two lines before advance course but after I practiced I could see 5 lines from snellen chart clearly .. I thank Maitri Foundation and faculties for wonderful research on reducing Eye power in natural ways 🙏❤

My son attended Meenakshi Mam's online session for eye sight improvement. She taught him the steps so patiently and constantly kept checking whether he did all the exercises correctly. His eye sight has improved a lot under Mam's guidance.Thank you very much mam for ur support and help. Mam is very a children friendly teacher.

Our 11 year old son developed myopia after 2 years of online schooling. We started doing 6 month checkups and found myopia progressing gradually. To add to our dissapointment, both our optometrist(yes, we consulted with 2 optometrists) and opthalmologist told us that it will continue to get worse till he stops growing and will need to wear glasses or contact lenses. Here in the US, they provide 3 solutions to slow the progression of myopia (not fix it).

1. Atropine eyedrops (they do not understand why it slows myopia progression)
2. ortho-k or hard contacts that are worn overnight to reshape the cornea in an attempt to stop or slow down the progression of myopia
3. soft day time contacts (one a day), which is FDA approved.

Ofcourse we were also told there is genetics, and the food we eat. Both parents have 20/20 vision and we try hard to include spinach, vitamin A from food sources, omega-3 in our son's diet. So we have had a hard time accepting what was told to us by eye doctors, and wanted to explore the alternatives.

We reached out to Aurobindo ashram in Pondichery and were given Maitri Foundation's contact for online classes. We were estatic that Ms. Meenakshi was able to accomodate us within a week of contacting her and was willing to work with the time difference. She communicated ahead of time, so we could arrange for the materials needed for the class. Mrs. Meenakshi is very friendly and made an immediate connection with me and my son. She sat through the entire hour with 100% focus on us, and guiding my son to do all the exercises and guiding me so I could help my son. She gave eye exercises that were tailored for my son, gave food suggestions to include in his diet. We have seen good improvement within the 5 days of class, which we could determine based on what he was able to read on the snellen chart. We have continued with daily exercises after the classes and notice more improvement. We should be able to confirm in a couple months when we have a follow up appointment for eye checkup and are hoping to confirm the improvement. I consider we were very lucky to have found Maitri Foundataion.

We are also taking classes and guidance from Meenakshi mam for our son. Mam is very friendly with kids and my our son is enjoying the clases with positive results from 4th day. We are 100% sure that he will improve his eyesight.

Hi, My daughter has Astigmatism problem and thought of attending Eye Treatment training for a week. My Daughter is learning eye exercise from Meenakshi Mam, Maitri Foundation. I got her reference from Aurobindo Eye Treatment Ashram. she is really awesome and friendly with kids. She taught new techniques each day. I can See the improvement with my daughter by reading the Shnellen chart and fundamental chart within one week. Also I extended one month training with her since regular practice will help more. Simple practices and exercises well taught and I could feel the improvements gradually. Worth attending. At the age of 62 years I have initiated this practice to overcome the usage of reading glasses and as well as avoid cataract growth. I am sure I am going towards it.

I attended Meenakshi mam's eye exercise for 5 days(12.06.2023 to 16.06.2023). She taught me the exercises step by step. It was helpful and in the first day I can read only 4 lines from 4 feet and in the last day, that is 5th day I can read 5 lines and in the 6th line I read first 2 letters from 4 feet.

Thank you Ms Meenakshi and Maitri Foundation. When we approached them my daughter was having vision deficiency. She could see clearly up to 4 lines of the Shellan chart at 5 feet. After the 1 week classes with Ms Meenakshi her vision improved to up until 6 lines. We continued the prescription and followed accordingly for about 6 months. Now at about 7 feet she can read 6 lines and actually close to reading the 7 th line fully. Not just that, she can easily read the small fonts in books which she was not able to before. I got the reference of meenakshi mam from aurobindo eye ashram pondicherry when i approached them for learning eye exercise to reduce my power. The sessions of Meenakshi mam are really good,i started feeling the difference after 7-10 days of time. She also follows up inbetween and conducted follow-up sessions for measuring the progress. Her guidance for diet plan to enhance the results were also helpful. Since the sessions are conducted online, it is possible for anyone to attend, also i thank mam for being flexible and conducting the sessions according to my free time . We have reached Maitri Foundation for my son to improve vision.
The classes were taken online as we stay far away.. Mam guided us very well. Teaching all eye exercise. We have seen considerable improvement in the class. We are continuing the exercise and also waiting for the weekend class schedule for review and improvements. Overall had a very good experience. My daughter studying 4th STD, complained about blurred vision. From School there were complaints that she is not completing whatever that was written on board. Little we realised that it was related to the problem in eye sight.
Later my daughter underwent eye check and has power of 2.0 in one of the eyes. We were hesitant to make her wear glasses.. This is my honest review. We took 5 days course for my son,Meenakshi mam took class politely and taught all exercises very clearly.She is very friendly and my son enjoyed her class very much.In this 5 days we can see visible difference,noticed good vision improvement with my son.we are so happy with the results,my son vision is improving day by day.
