The gym has a lot of equipment and the area is big enough which ensures the gym never appears to be crowded.
The trainers are not just trainers, they are coaches. They tell you the correct posture, technique and rhythm, so that you feel each rep.
I'm glad I chose this gym out of the few options available in Sector-14 and 15.
Lastly, the gym is always clean and tidy.

Everyone deserves a healthy n fit body but to achieve that people need to do something good with themselves and for this it's the best place equipped with best people and best equipments.
It's been more than a year being a member of this gym but never felt of searching of any other place other than this. The most important part of this place is involvement of trainer personally with each and every person and the best thing I felt that I have never compromised with the equipments ment for different excercise and the training plans according to our fitness and training level.
Personally I will recommend this gym if you are looking for the best one.

one of the best gym i've visited , ambience here is very good and trainers are very helpfull , all machine and equipments here are well functioned and space in the gym is pretty amazing , trainers have a good knowledge of exercise and nutrition.
plus does'nt play punjabi songs all the time , plays variety of english songs which is a very good thing.

Awsome experience of getting fat to fit in just 6 months. Equiped with all necessary machines. The ambiance allows energy with great supporting staff to correct the posture and technique of working out on every usable format of exercise. Must try gym.

I have been going to this gym for years and this is the best one in the area. We have all sort of equipments, streaching space, locker rooms and steam room.
