One of the best gyms in old Gurgaon. Owner himself is very humble and highly experienced person. The trainer is good too. There are all the equipments and nice space to work out. Nicely ventilated and very decent crowd too.

Been there for a visit and it's a really good gym with good crowd and great machines and dumbbells , it's near to 9sector chowk. It's best gym in it's neighborhood. Fees is also affordable. Steam bath is also available there.So if you're searching for a gym in this area. Go for it.

Love going there. People are very nice, staff is very helpful, responsive and the facilities provided are also great. The gym also has a small cafeteria which helps a person to have nutritious meals.
