Gold gym, Gurgaon is best, very hygienic and always you find a trainer on the floor to guide you, the stream spa is really special and they got different kinds of group activities which are very interesting. I loved it, being a house wife the afternoon times are so quiet and wonderful✨😍

Have been working out for over 6 months now and have not faced any challenge.. Trainers at the gym are great. They guide you in such a way so that you perform the exercise in best possible way.

Gym is very well designed and has an enormous space inside and has several workout spaces for Cardio and Yoga. Also, all the machines are well maintained.

Gym is cleaned regularly, and good Hygiene is maintained by staff.

On daily basis various group classes are scheduled from Yoga, Spinning, Power Yoga which are very well conducted by professional trainers.

By far the best facility around. Golds Gym is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Gym to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at Golds Gym.

This place is amazing! Gold' Gym will inspire anyone to workout that comes here with the mindset of getting it done. Infact the atmosphere in gym encourage to visit it everyday which results in good fitness. I am happy with the services, trainers and hygiene. It has made gym more efficacious.

A very well managed and Maintained gym. This is the first gym that I joined but after making enough visits to other gyms. I am more than satisfied with the equipments and hygiene esp now during COVID.
Want to make a special mention to the trainers who are more than willing to guide . A thorough professional gym for all the age groups. Their group classes too are a lot of fun and very well conducted.

I've always been a part of Gold's Gym because of the equipments and the professional trainers. I reside in Jaipur and I am a member of Gold's Gym here, however Gold's Gym provides its members with an opportunity to use gyms in other cities and countries using the Gold's Passport.

I used my passport to visit this Gym in Gurgaon and I had a great experience. As always the trainers were extremely helpful. The machines were different and I was getting confused, seeing which the floor trainer helped me out.

I really enjoyed the tranquility here not a lot of noise and not very bright. It was a great experience. The equipments and other amenities are also well maintained.
