My Self VAMSI, I'm from Andhra Pradesh.I have been coming to this gym since 2018.I'm doing daily routine my workout without using any steroids and who want really transformation thier body this gym is perfectly to them.

If comes to gym equipment :- All established equipments are available with CORSS-FIT in this gym for different workouts on our body.

If comes to coach :- "ASHISH THAKRAN" is owner of this gym & with certified trainer also, nice guy. Who join in this gym, he will give dense training to those peoples.

It comes to gym timing :- There is no time limit in this gym especially. you can extend time if you need for your workout.

If comes to fees:- Compare to others gym fees this gym is very far better and cost effective.

I have joined this Gym 1 year back and observed good improvement in my body. The transformation phase is going one. This is the best gym with very good equipments and it provides very good environment to do gym. Most important the gym instructor the Ashish Thakran. He is the best instructor that I have ever met. He has very deep knowledge about the exercises and the nutrition (diet). He knows very well that how to train individual according to the current condition. He guides very well with examples. He is the specialist in transformation. I have seen many athletes here who have transformed themselves and all because of hard work and dedication. Aashish sir continuously monitors and track the transformation of each athlete. He is very calm in nature and friendly.
