Kendriya Vidyalaya Tura

I studied in KV Tura from Class 8 to Class 12 (2013-2017). Had an amazing experience in this school!
The teachers are just amazing! The recruited teachers come from all over India. Thus the campus is filled with a vibrant diversity!
The non-staff members are equally respected! They are very helpful and caring!
Functions are celebrated with great enthusiasm! When I had my farewell in the year 2017 it was hard to accept!
We also won many state related award winning competitions. I came 1st in the Cluster Level and 3rd in the State Level for Singing.
The infrastructure might be out of place but it was painted recently and looks very beautiful! We never had any issues with infrastructures because we had an environment filled with greenary and old trees to climb on!
We even have toppers from class 10 (CGPA wise) and among the top ten toppers in the state level for class 12.
Our Physics Sir was awarded "the best teacher-all rounder" by the CBSE (i shall update this part...)
Our ground at the back of the building gets all foggy during winters! It looks so beautiful!
I miss my school! 😌

Never thought writing anything down here will do any justice with the emotions and experiences I have gained by studying in KVT but for all the readers I'll just try ..

It's best obviously! But what makes it more unique and different is the environment of the school it's so peaceful and calm in itself that being a student of Kendriya Vidyalaya Tura feels like a blessing.

You cannot compare our teachers because they are the best...from the rest...as it takes years and years to be at their place.

Activities and celebrations are like festivals..here. I miss celebrating Independence day and Republic day.

There have been many changes in the interior and exterior of the school , which is a +1. It's just reaching new heights day by day!! I'm very proud to be a Kvian and that too of KV TURA .

I miss my school, KV Tura so much.
I have been to other institutions as well but trust me there's nothing like KV Tura...

I studied in KV Tura from July 2006 to July 2008... and I will never forget the words of my class teacher after I expressed my dislike towards the size of the building or quality of the classrooms. He said, your eyes should be on your goal; the building or the campus shouldn't matter to you. Indeed, KVT, despite its small infrastructure and broken window panes (back then) had more qualified and capable teachers than the schools I studied before or after that. It takes you to your goal and that's what matters.
Also, the atmosphere and feel-at-home feeling that was there, with all my classmates who were so warm towards new students, could not be found anywhere else. 5 stars. Definitely 5 stars.

This is a wonderful place in my life were I have spent my 6 years and will be spending one more year and don't want to leave . The teacher are good and some are excellent at their work and I love the environment of the school while studying in this school I got many certificate and and achievements and our batch was the first batch to get rajya puraskar . 🙏🙏🙏

This was an amazing school & hope till now. I am having 2 years of sweet memories with this school. I even remember my friends name- Benzene Marak,Preispat,Rassungi,Alan,Chackchara,Rickey etc.

Completed my entire schooling from here, starting with Class 1 and ending with Class 12. Undoubtedly, the pioneer of CBSE in this town. Never judge a book by it's cover. Private hanky panky schools might look attractive but they stand nowhere and the difference in success rates between students passing out from KV and other top private schools is huge! KV would lead you to IITs, NITs, AIIMS, whereas the top notch private schools would lead you to a Don Bosco College Tura or a Durama College, or at max Royal Global University (with donation).

मैंने साल 2003 से साल 2007 तक केंद्रीय विद्यालय तुरा में प्राथमिक शिक्षक के रूप में पढ़ाया। लगभग पूरा भारत भ्रमण किया लेकिन तुरा ने जो दिल में छाप छोड़ी वह विस्मरणीय है। इतने वर्षों से लगभग हर रोज़ किसी न किसी बात पर केंद्रीय विद्यालय तुरा की बातें याद आ जाती हैं। अगर जिंदगी में मौका मिला तो एक बार फिर तुरा आऊंगा। Love you Tura Meghalaya .
