Fitnastic fitness is a fantastic gym to get fitter, healthy and happy.
My personal trainer Poonam has given me the confidence to get back in shape and build my endurance level.

The gym is always clean and has lots of great equipment. The trainers and friendly and knowledgeable in their areas. I've been training with Poonam Ji specifically for a few months now and she's wonderful! Fully recommend if you're looking for a gym in or near gurgaon!

Being a first timer I was not confident of getting into gym thing but Fitnastic fitness gym has a good vibe to get into the healthy lifestyle . The trainers Naveen ji and Poonam ji are good and special thanks to my trainer Poonam ji , she is so calm and passionate towards her work and fully devoted to her clients. She is friendly and expert in her profession , She encourages me in knowing and improving my strength. So it’s worth going to this gym and getting fit . I highly recommend every girl as well to join this gym.

I joined the gym for weight training and fitness. Poonam, my personal trainer has motivated me so far to be consistent with training and her thorough involvement in bringing out my best is praiseworthy.

Very clean and hygienic gym with all the necessary equipments for complete body work out. The place is not super crowded unlikely other gyms, which is great plus. Naveen sir helps you with all your questions and provides all the guidance.
