Mega Gym & Spa

Had a great experience at this gym.
I recommend this gym to everyone who live in Uttam Nagar.Their owner and Praveen bhai and almost guys who used to go there everyone is too good and friendly and one of the most Important thing is that TRAINER (Kartik)of this gym is very active and friendly.I really missed them all .location or price is also too good and now they also provide you a genuine protein powder.

Best gym in this area., Friendly atmosphere, Good trainers, every Saturday free spa & fun time.

You can take spa here free of cost once in a week. The fees is quite reasonable and equipments are also good.

I have been to few Gyms of our area but I think this is the best gym at such a reasonable fees. I have been working out here for the past 1 year. All the machines and equipments here are imported and not the copied ones that you find in many gyms. If you talk about space this gym is quite big and it has different sections for cardio as well as weight training. The staff members and coaches are really friendly and helpful. Spa is also available in this gym.

A good gym, with decent machines.
There are 3 treadmills and bicycles for cardio and enough machinery and weights for a person to get in shape.
The fees is reasonable for 700 rupees.
Water is available here.
The trainers are good.
It is located on 2 different buildings so is spacious enough.
A person gets one spa session free in a week, which helps in relieving body stress and pain.

This gym is very good and big this gym machines very comfortable from my first gym and gym trainer is very hardworking he is daily do exercise for our health and trainer always right suggestion for deit & exercise..!!

It’s wonderful to have such a fantastic zym in this area . Atmosphere is nice ..moreover staff and facilities are lovely... zero nuisance in the zym .. fee structure is very good .. best facilities in reasonable budget.. Better experience of gym environment and great service and trained under (Nikhil Sir) in the mega gym.

Gym is very spacious and have a very good environment for exercise. Staff is also very good and friendly.

Training under the guidance of trainer Nikhil Mehra had been a great experience. Also the gym infrastructure is quite good..
