The National Gym is fully equipped and have all the machines for complete body workout. In these new generation it's really hard to find the old school with modern technology and proper guidance.
Where lots of other suggest you to be dietary supplements, the coach of the gym only focuses on natural body workout and very good knowledge of the body and the nutrients.
