Hotel Polo Orchid Tura

I noticed the other reviews so I though I should write my own. I was here for just one day and paid full price for a large room. Everything was good actually. Water bottles were present on the table, glass ones that too not the cheap mineral water. Bathroom was clean and working. Ample baggage space. The beds were a bit stiff with the mattress not the best but it was usable and not too bad obviously. Food is very good and the people in the service staff are very courteous and helpful. Now to be realistic do not expect Taj Bengal level or Marriot level service from this entity but if you can temper your expectations they are doing a very good job actually. The Ginger restaurant is one place I visit quite often when I am in the area and I have come to India just this year after a long time. Barnabas Sangma bears special mention from the canteen who is a very jolly person with good experience in delivering quality service to the tenants both in the rooms as well as the restaurant. The chef is very good too. I like the Wak Kapa and Veg Boiled Stew which I take often. I would encourage them to improve their overall services in general for better customer experience in future. In these remote parts and after a long journey its always nice to sleep in a comfy place with hot food and in that department it delivers. Good job and keep it up.

Apmple car parking area, spacious and luxury rooms, tasty food, nice location!!!

I had a wonderful time and liked that he could order special food.
Thank you also for having the special gluten free items. I tried the blueberry muffin and it was delicious! It was so nice to know we didn’t have to worry as much about our food and that we were able to order it and not have to bring a lot of food with us.

A decent hotel to stay in Tura

It was a great experience visiting Tura and staying at Polo Orchid. Rooms were neat and clean, ample space for car parking and food was delicious. The Manager Jaseng was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

Hotel polo orchid is the only 3star hotel in Tura. This is just adjacent to dept of tourism m the rooms are huge and if you book a premium room the beds are separated. They room is spacious with basic ammenties provided by hotel. You can make your own tea. The reception is there round the clock. The single beds are really small.

It is located near Najing Bazar, opposite to Kendra Vidalaya. The hotel rooms are quite attractive and clean. I enjoyed being there. The service are so good and i would like to be there if i got a chance.
