The service is excellent maintaining high standards of hygiene. Really loved the place !!

One of the refined Starbucks branches in Kanpur with professional staff and soothing ambience.
Everything was spic and span and we were served what we ordered promptly and at the correct temperature.
Air conditioning was at optimum and it was neither too cold or too hot and the restroom was clean and spotless.
I ordered two cappuccino,the taste not so worthy .overall good experience 😀

This outlet is located inside Z Square Mall Kanpur . This is the only Starbucks cafe in Kanpur City . Starbucks coffee needs no introductions when it comes to taste and this store is no exception. The cafe is big with plenty of sitting space . Interiors are great and staff is well trained and helpful .It can be crowded at times but that is expected given the fact this is the only outlet in Kanpur and the craze this cafe has among the coffee lovers .

The Ambience Was Very Nice And The Staff Work Was Also Very Good . Staff Are Also Vry Cooperative .

Simply awesome. It has great sitting,Staff is generous at the house. Self service is done as you must have seen on nearly all Starbucks. Frappuccino, sandwiches, red velvet cake are my favourite.

Visited there just for water since I was already full.. but staff was so friendly, that they offered small cup of icecream to my daughter.. she was really very happy after having it. Will definitely visit there with friends soon
