I found multiple reasons to rate this place a 5 star.
1- Modest employees
2- Food quality
3- Food quantity
4- Taste of food
5- Food did not felt heavy.

We ordered soups, starters and main course with raita and salad. The paneer used by this restaurant was of good quality as it was very fresh. You can customize the spicy level according to your taste buds, if nothing said the food is a good proportion of it.
Overall it was a good experience.

One of my favorite restaurants in Kanpur. The taste is just too good, their indian food is a big specialty. Great ambience too and superb service compliments it well. Highly recommend dishes are Dal Makhani, Panner Tikka, Baked Veg, Paner Tikka Masala and Aloo, Garlic Naan. Soya chapp felt missing in the menu though...a must must visit family restaurant!

Have loved this place since my childhood. It’s been almost 15 years now that everytime I come to Kanpur, I love a visit and a meal at Mehfil ... it’s awesome interiors make it a good family dining experience and the food too is delicious for kids and grown ups alike. Mushroom masala and all Paneer dishes are really good. Service is good provided you get a seat. Be ready for some waiting as it’s first come first serve. No bookings. Spacious to accolade large number if people !!!

It is a nice family restaurant. The food is tasty. On weekends and holidays it's a bit crowded but completely worth visiting.

It's interior is good and spacious. I went there recently, so there is proper hand Sanitization facility there outside the Restaurant. I really like the food of this Restaurant. I ordered Paneer Tikka Masala, Spring Rolls, Chilli Paneer, Garlic Naan, Butter Naan and Cheese Naan all those were delicious. It's a Veg and Non-Veg both Restaurant. You can go with your friends and family.

Experience was all good ❤✨. Food was at it's best. A must visit family restaurant. Crispy corn is a must try ✨

Service was good. We liked the honey chilli potato and haryali kofta a lot.

As you might have heard many others talk about this restaurant, I do have the same opinion that this restaurant has all the authentic tastes wrapped in it. With the limited things we ordered Chilly potato, dal makhani and butter chicken, we four were absolutely delighted at the taste of the food. Every dish was carefully prepared and guess what, butter chicken, unlike other restaurant who makes it extra sweet 🤮 , this wasnt sweet at all, 😋(which i wanted in my whole life.) The daal was dum-cooked and honey chilly potato had the right crisp on them. And ofcourse the tandoori roti and naan to accompany these dishes were a perfect balance of crip and soft. No doubts, i use to overlook this restaurant , but as you can see from the pictures, the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and have good seating. Parking also is not an issue here. All in all better than pandit (as some people may consider pandit's as the gold standard. )

I love the Ambience there. The staff is very good and cooperative. They have proper knowledge of the food and ingredients. The rates are also not very high and its quite affordable. I like the food and my favourite dish is mutton. Do try with family :))

Excellent food as usual, but I noticed some waiters who were misbehaving with me . I am an elderly person and don't expect waiters to misbehave. They shd maintain a decent decorum . Ill order a takeaway but won't go there. Need decent respectful waiters there .
