Parampujya Bharat-Ratna Bodhisattva Dr.Bhimrao Ambedkar (Babasaheb) on 1st May 1936. The stone where he sat and addressed the public meeting of villagers is still there. People linked with Ambedkarite moment should visit this place.

It's a beautiful Buddha Vihara. The important thing which makes this place beautiful is the visit of Parampujya Bharat-Ratna Bodhisattva Babasaheb Dr.Bhimrao Ambedkar on 1st May 1936. The stone where he sat and addressed the public meeting of villagers is still there. People linked with Ambedkarite moment should visit this place. The people around the vihara are kind, helpful and aware of the Ambedakarite moment. A library is opened recently in the vihara campus, i.e. Abhiyan Library'. The vihara is maintained by a group of ladies known as 'Matoshri Ramabai Mahila Mandal'.
