Awesome place for studious people a quite and calm place in Krishnagar. Almost every year this library hosts a book fair and a cultural program. Many artists always come to this place to give their performance. Besides that Science fair is also arranged here by many schools. Kids park is also present here. So in one word just a awesome place to visit with your nerdy friends.

The main attraction of this field is the book fair held every year. I have never missed a single book fair in my lifetime. A plethora of collection is brought every year ranging from international bestseller books to even local books. Along with books, it has a few food and tea stalls. It's best to come at the fair with family.

Situated right to the public library, one of the oldest libraries. The hall is renovated from the 1860's building to modern one in 1998, where many cultural functions are held throughout the year. Old style big buildings, wide open ground at the heart of the city makes it absolutely a concert sopt.

This library is situated at the heart of the city and also a big sentiment of krishnagar people. It has a long glorious past. Easy to access from any part of krishnagar. Good collection of books,helps a lot to students,research workers.

I am rating it 5 because lot of old and rare books are available here, but they should enhance it everyday to be in the hot race
