ATM are very old type. I needed 10000 ruppees to pay a bill so I tried to withdraw from ATM but it cut the amount but didn't dispense rather I have almost 14000 in my account. I raised complaint to get the money back but now it will take 7-8 days as per the pbone banking officer. I badly required to pay bill in this Covid situation, hope it will come back in account.

Literally stood in the que to deposit cash for no less 40mins. They’ve only one cash counter working and so many people waiting in the que. could have asked a substitute to fill in at the other counter. The process is slow and taking a toll on the consumers. Need better service. Thank you.

Behavior not good with customers & Not available on Seat whenever you reach at Branch for quarry..
