I Square Taxi

This was my first time using their service. Overall the experience was very positive. Started with how well they answered phone calls. After that the follow up for assigning a driver and vehicle was done in a timely manner given the journey was to begin early morning. The driver was diligent in identifying the pickup point ahead of time and arrived promptly. All Covid related safe practices were followed throughout the journey, including wearing of masks. Journey was completed ahead of expected time! Payment process was also smooth, efficient, and convenient

Good driving. Safe journey. On time pick up. Arrived at 8.00 a.m. Started at 8.30 am. Reached destination at 5.30 pm. He has noted km from his starting point and hence 454 km. But from pick up point it is only 445 km. However, he billed for 455 km. You could co-ordinate with customer while opening km reading and closing km reading to pay the actual required amount by direct contact to the customer as the aggregators used to do.

We had used I Square Taxi's Service and have been travelling across cities and townships and we were on tight schedule... The Driver was extremely professional and punctual and helped us ensure that we were on time in every place taking rest and meals whenever he could without disturbing the schedule. I applaud the professional service and courtesy that was shown to ensure that our overall journey was extremely smooth.

I had availed I Square Taxi outstation one way Taxi service from Cochin International Airport to chennai. The taxi fare was very nominal and infact very cheap compared to even the best taxi service providers in the market both Kerala and Tamilnadu.
Right from the very beginning of booking to the end of the trip, they were very professional both in communication, provision of service, punctuality, and driver behaviour.
Regarding driver Mr. Kapilan from chennai was very professional, very good at communication and he reached the pick up spot with in few minutes of my call. His driving was very smooth and initially I scared to take night road trip but it was a very pleasant trip. Upon drop either the driver or service provider didn't charged or asked extra amount.
I will recommend Square Taxi to all my friends and will also use this service provider for my future out station trips.

I used "I SQUARE TAXI" for chennai to Vellore and vice versa. I took 3 rides and I had a good experience in all of them.

The driver seemed to be polite, helped me with my luggage, well knowledge about routes.

He also maintains the pristine condition inside the car and with most of them I had a great conversation during the rides.

Their cabs arrived at the scheduled timing and they had a wide range of payment options like GPay etc.

Excellent experience. I took car for chennai Airport from CMC Vellore hospital. Driver was very polite and professional. I was with my family including a child. I asked him to stop thrice in the journey as my child was feeling uncomfortable due to vomiting, he helped. In short, the service was very good. They are very professional, co- operative, and helpful.
