They have a dietician to tell you what to eat and what not to eat .They will change the diet as per your target and request.In this gym you can do your workouts without any disturbances made possible by the motivational songs played there.The ambience is also very good and hygienic.The fee structure is very much less than the gyms in main cities.The trainer is very much conscious about your fitness and he will guide you the best in a humble and effective way.
