Helpful staff, but one needs to be persistent with the request in case if one person doesn't know the procedure, others may help.
Small branch but they are always happy to help.

Best bank in maharashtra.
Cheque clearing system is very fast.
Plus point here is no lunch break

Hopeless people working in this branch including the branch manager. People working here have 0 product knowledge. Even if a customer is sitting in front of them they are busy talking on the phone. 0 service after sales. Really a very bad experience to do banking with such a bank. Worst people i have ever come across in my life. Would never suggest HDFC to my enemy as well.

I visited around 25 April 2020 for changing name as per Aadhar card as well pan card but not responding even help desk. overall staff setting circle in group bounding around the Saif of left side desk. It's not responding ,I requested to hdfc head manager kindly terminate just like help desk man it's very dangerous to hdfc group. Ghar may brthke hathi palna jaisay. Hi help desk check all documents and then said not possible so I meet another hdfc bank in nashik I applied name changing and it's completely request after 7 days .bakwas staff .kinfly action my request person in head of hdfc team plz plz my name is milind gharate

Mene 15 se 20 din huye branch staff. ( Name-Deepak More)ko fixe deposite related ghar pe bulaya help karne but koi muje respons diya nahi sirf bolte hai. Muje bad experience mila. SBI me woe problem thi esliye mene Hdfc me AC open kiya. Laga HDFC k staff helpful he but nahi
