A must must try restaurant in Amritsar. The amritsari fish fry and tandoori chicken is just wowww!!!! Simply a masterpiece.... The fish fry was so so light, perfectly coated and had that sprinkle of chat masala... Uff simply mouth watering. And the chicken was so tender and juicy and perfectly cooked. We even had kadhai paneer and tandoori roti... Even that was so so tasty.

The food was really tasty, especially the mutton tikka and the paneer tikka. We got takeaway. The owner was very courteous and gave good suggestions on what to order. There's some space to sit as well and enough parking around. I would definitely rate this place highly.

Popular and best food joint for both veg and non veg lovers.

We have tried tandoori chicken and tawa chicken. And it was superbly delicious. They don't use artificial colour which is the best and healthy thing.

The place is very neat and clean and the host Amarjit Singh ji is also an extremely awesome and simple person.

Everyone should try this place as it is extremely awesome.

Very humble and polite owner. The food was excellent in quality. I would recommend Fish Fry, Tawa Chicken. We also took Dal Makhani, which was fabulous as well. The atmosphere and the talks with the owner made the meal wholesome. The owner was lovely, and we were talking till lengths unknown. Thank you for such hospitality and service. 6/5 ⭐

This was the best fish and tandoori chicken i ever had. Perfect combination and balance of flavours. I definitely going to visit this place whenever i would come to Amritsar.

We tried their Fish Amritsari Fried and Mutton Tikka Special (Dry). The fish had a crunchy layer on the outside and was so tender inside. The Mutton Tikka is an absolute winner - have never had anything like this before ! The owner is extremely humble and also interacted with us :) . We got to know that their original food joint is currently under renovation and they are operating at this temporary outlet, which is a few minutes apart only. A must visit food joint if you visit Amrtisar !

This is a wonderland of non-veg food, what makes it even more enjoyable is the hospitality of the owner. A must if you want to reset your taste buds.

Till date the best food I’ve ever had, the quantity, the quality and to top it up the service. I’d give it 10 stars on 5. Tandoori chicken is a must must try. All the delicacies had different taste, one will never be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Best eating place in Amritsar. Worth all the hype. We tried Fish amritsari, tandoori chicken and mutton tikka and everything was so so tasty. Owner was so humble and suggested to hv chicken tikka and must say thankfully we tried. It was the best tikka I hv ever had

Small Punjabi eatery tucked away off Lawrence road near Nayyar Hospital. Amarjit Singh was very hospitable, recommended we try the Amritsari Fish Fry which was great, Mutton Tikka special, as starters. Tawa chicken for mains.
This restaurant has 3 tables which can seat around 12 to 15 pax.

This is one of the hidden gems of Amritsar. You should come here to taste and savor the best of Amritsar.

The fish was light and perfectly balanced.
Mutton was prepeared in a spicy gravey.
Naan and Roti both were great.

We watched a couple of YouTube videos that recommended Surjit Food Plaza and put it on our Amritsar itinerary. And while every cab driver in Amritsar will try to point you to Yellow Chilli (which was average at best), no one will tell you about SFP. We tried the mutton tikka (best I’ve ever eaten!), tandoori chicken (so juicy and flavorful) and tawa chicken (gravy is excellent) and had a fun chat with the owner too. We loved every bit of our SFP experience. They have plans of opening another outlet very soon - next time we’ll try that too! Made a fan for life :)

Best chicken tikka ever had. We have ordered chicken tikka, butter chicken, kadhai paneer and veg Manchurian. Each and every dish was prepared very well and nicely cooked. Veg Manchurian was delicious too. Chicken tikka was very soft, juicy and fresh.
Host attended us with a pleasant smile and like a family member.

Chef Amarjeet is very passionate about his cooking. Serves authentic and quality food. Keep up the good work. Food was excellent and it was a pleasure to have met with chef Amarjeet , a very friendly man indeed

Food is very good here, the owner will push for tandoori chicken, but please do eat the mutton champ, and the mutton tikka masala

I was recommended this amazing restaurant by a friend. He had told us to visit here for great amritsari fish and non veg food. We tried the mutton tikka and tawa chicken here too and were delighted. It was an amazing experience dining here. The tandoori chicken was soft and juicy. I have never had a better tandoori chicken in delhi. Loved the amritsari fish which was well cooked and so delicious. In main course we enjoyed the tawa chicken which was recommended by the host. All of us had a great meal and we recommend this place to all foodies.
