India Post - Jayanagara Head Post Office

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff at the post office. Ms Ashwini at the Help Counter was most helpful, patient and apart from providing useful advice, helped me in packaging items that were to be couriered. At each step, she did more than expected, and more than necessary. Thank you.

Headpost office of this area - my experience was very good. Pavithra of PLI department and Neena Kulkarni madam of SB section are very cooperative and helpful. I got lot of help from them for my PLI and NSC.

Visited today for sending parcel. I was really surprised by the service level and the way they helped . Ms.Ashwini an assistant in the post office seem to be all in all she is been attending not only customer she also explaining the other staff members for their queries. She helped me to pack and also directed me to the counter where I need to book the parcel . I need to take token from the red colour button and waited for my turn . The clerk at the counter was so helpful and gave the prices for speed post as well as ordinary post . My experience have been very good unlike jp nagar Post office which totally bad

Services are orderly and I find quite good. Staff is quite friendly. I liked the atmosphere.

Nice and warm handling of customers. There was a lady at Counter #7 (May I help you counter) who was helped us with all the information with a smile.

We went there to open an account for my mother. The person at Counter #6 helped open the account. The process was smooth. The only irritant there was another customer who was there. The Post Office employee at Counter #6 told us to ignore that fellow.

They also have a dog there which was sweet :)

Whole hearted thanks to the lady at Counter #7 and the guy at Counter #6 and all the other employees there.

The token system for postal services takes the pain out of waiting in queues here. Ample seating is available while you wait for your turn at the counters.

The gentleman at the international parcel service counter was very courteous and helpful. Excellent service! The post office does not provide packaging services, but they will provide corrugated cardboard boxes of different sizes for a price (if they have them in stock). You'll first have to present your shipment for inspection at the post office and receive the necessary customs forms. You can then take it next door to the Jayanagar Computer Mane stationery shop for packaging as per India Post specs, bring the package back to the post office, get it registered, pay, and send it off.

Well maintained, clean and staffs are fast and experienced. Very very helpful. Postmaster madam is very nice and helpful too. Works for extra hours and parcels are sent to GPO ASAP. I am over satisfied with the quality of the service

Post office service is good. Many services are offered - including aadhaar card address update and phone number(for this one need to take latest and valid ID proof copy with original).

Only Speed Post are accepted till 7.30pm(extended hours).

Big post office, Jayanagar Head post office, Very cooperative staffs, most of the time this post office will be crowded with customers. You can open Public Provident Fund Account (ppf for tax savings), Savings account, and many more account facilities available, speed post facilities also there,

People working are very polite and helpful. I have been visiting this office very often and the service is improving day by day
