This temple is very old near about 200-250 year old.
It is situated on the bank of godavari river area panchavati of nashik.
You can visit here with family.
Very nice & spiritual feeling in the morning.
This temple has shiva linga & the ganpati.
If you want to visit then morning sunrise time is best & suitable for this temple.. You can also take holy bath in the godavari river.

संत गाडगेबाबा महाराजांच्या धर्मशाळेच्या अलिकडे श्रीमोदकेश्वराचे मंदिर लागते. हे एक जागृत स्थान असून हा गणपती नावाला पावतो अशी भक्तांची नितांत श्रध्दा आहे. आजूबाजूच्या उत्खननात मोदकाच्या आकाराचे दगड सापडले म्हणून त्या मंदिराला मोदकेश्वर मंदिर असे नाव पडले.
