Have a beef with the entire ICICI banking system! This branch is not so great in itself. Had issues with changing address. Waitied a long time for this to get resolved and to no avail. Now gave a request to close. Been a week or so, no response! 🤷🏻‍♂

I was in your bank on 2 nd march 21 and since your server was down i couldn't deposit the Money. Avoided cam bcoz the amount was high...Called one Mr Joyeal who was in the cashier counter after couple of hours and he told me that he will call back after 5 min.... But not only he called back he didn't even picked up my call after that.. didn't expect such a behavior from icici....

Same as other branches they only need your money But nice excutive behaviour i appreciate that . to start a saving account you need monthly maintaince rupees is 10k in website but you need initial payment 25k . also they need 25k cheque for that .Their Behavior towards to customres is very poor . they first ask your job and how much you have money . there is nothing other than that they can ask . if you are looking poor then you will wait for a long for a query
