Good Experience. Staff was well mannered and was just one phone call away for any service. Struggled a bit for shampoo if we can add it in the shower kit.

From the moment I walked into the hotel, the receptionist warmly greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcome. Their friendly and helpful demeanor set the tone for the rest of my stay.

The receptionist was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel's amenities and services. They patiently answered all my questions and provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants.
