The most important and ancient church of Chaldian Syrian Christians situated in the centre of Thrissur City facing Mar Thimotheus High Road....this is one of the oldest church built in Kerala....they are trying their best to retain the church in its ancient style without altering the style of construction...The world famous Bishop of Chaldians His Grace Mar Abimelek Thimotheus stayed in the Palace next to the church and it is in his memory, Thrissur Corporation had renamed the earlier High Road as Mar Thimotheus High Road...
